Zephyr Toymakers Private Limited, is a Company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at A-421, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Mahpe Lalwani, Navi Mumbai, 400710 (“Zephyr”/ “We”/ “Our”/ “Us”) is engaged in providing various kinds of toys for the overall development of a child (“Products”) through its website www.zephyrtoys.com (“Website”) to its Customer (“User”/ “Your” / “You”).

This Shipping and Return policy (“Policy”) is an elaborate framework to enhance the overall experience and provide information to You about the manner and procedure in which the shipping and or return of any of Our Products shall take place. This Policy shall form a part of the Terms and Conditions and shall be read along with the Terms and Conditions available on the Website.

This Policy is in compliance with all laws, regulations, directives, and rules applicable (“Applicable Law”) in India. Zephyr reserves the right to change, alter or amend (“Amendment Clause”) the Policy from time to time and You shall have the sole responsibility to keep yourself updated about such changes in the Policy.

For the purpose of facilitating smooth shipping and return of Our Products We, have compiled all the necessary information in a questionnaire format.

SHIPPING POLICY.

  • Zephyr may engage with one or more professional delivery partners (“Shipping Partner”)from time to time, who shall aid Us in delivery of Your shipment.

  • Are shipping costs added to the product costs?
    Our shipping rates depend upon the Free shipment may be applicable for all orders above INR 501/- that is placed through the Website. However, We reserve the right to amend the same from time to time at Our sole discretion, without prior intimation to You.

  • What is the Processing Time?
    Our shipping or processing time shall range anywhere between2-5business/working days subject to location of delivery, any holidays, or delays which may occur due to force majeure. For the purpose of this Policy force majeure shall include but is not limited to fires, earthquakes, floods or other natural calamities, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, strikes, lockouts, nuclear explosions, revolution or riots or any such situation beyond Our control.

  • What is the Handling Time for the Product?
    The handling time may vary on the availability of the Products. All those Products subject to availability shall be made ready for shipping within 1-2 day(s) business/working days from the date of order, subject to holidays and force majeure. We shall make all reasonable endeavours to keep You informed of any delays, however, disclaim any and all liabilities, should We be unable to convey/intimate the same.

  • How can You track Your order?
    On completing Your purchase, OurShipping Partner shall provide You with a link or tracking number by way of SMS or an Email, which will enable You to monitor and or track Your order. Such tracking information shall be provided within 3 hours/days of making a purchase order.

  • Delivery of the order
    Our Shipping Partner shall make reasonable to reach out to You at Your number provided to Us to deliver the order to You. Should such reasonable attempts made by Our Shipping Partner fail due to Your lack of response and/or unavailability, You shall be solely responsible to contact Us within 5 days. If such an attempt is not made, the order shall be cancelled.

    In the event where such purchase order is a gift, We request You to please notify the recipient of any such receiver to accept such package. In case the package has been refused by the recipient, then such package shall be returned to Us by Our Shipping Partner and We shall consider this order to be cancelled and the same shall be intimated to You vide appropriate methods such as SMS and/or Email ID shared with Us by You

RETURN POLICY.

  • What can You return?
    You may make a return request of any order that You have made on the Website. Such a request shall be entertained by Us if a request is made within 15 (fifteen) days and the Product is untampered, you’ve received the Product that is physically damaged at the time of receipt (kindly note that You are required to provide photographic evidence of the same). Should We in Our sole opinion believe that the Product has been tampered with, We shall not entertain such a return request: Such a request may be made by You at feedback@ztpl.in

  • How can You return Your order?
    You can return the order by mentioning Your address and the Product in the return form, if eligible. If You are eligible for a pick- up, the details for the same shall be shared with You within 5 days, if not, self-return shall be applicable.

  • How can You track Your return?
    You can track Your return with the tracking ID provided by our Shipping Partner if the pick-up facility is applicable to You.

  • When will You receive Your Refund?
    Upon return of the Product, should You wish for an exchange (where applicable) we shall ship the Products to You at the address provided by You In the event You request for a refund,

    • The refund will be processed into the same account /method from which the payment was made. If multiple forms of payments were used then such refund may be issued across all those payment methods.

    • In case the payment has been made in COD (cash on delivery), then such refund shall be credited to the bank account of the customer.

    • During the purchase of such Products, if You have received any discounts or coupons, then such discounts or coupons shall not be considered and only the amount paid shall be refunded.

    • All refund amounts shall be processed only after deducting the cost for shipping.

  • The refund shall be credited between 7-12 business/working days after an online return centre shall receive the Product.
